Nonexistent

Did you ever wonder

What it would be like to be

Gone?

To

Disappear

From all vision and all sense

To

Vanish

Into thin air?

To feel your hands dissolve

As clouds

And your vision grow opaque

To collapse in mid air as a

Vapor

Mist

And your eyes fuse into the sky

And

Stars?

To be omitted in the halls

Your name never heard again

Recognized only as

Space

Void

Marblesque breath of time

Synergy of nothing

I know what it is

To

Exist as such

A snapshot in the drawer of someone's mind

Just as you know...

For I have disappeared to

No one... except

Yourself.

You, who have

Deciphered how to go about

Forgetting me into a

Mirror pane of someone who is

Gone.
